How long is a coaching session?

Coaching sessions usually go for 1 hour. We usually allow extra time for the first session.

How long do you journey with coaching clients?

As little or as long as they'd like. It's just about being intentional in your growth journey.

Does a life coach follow a step-by-step plan for me?

A Coach will never make decisions for you. A coach will create an environment of growth where you can explore what's important and unique to you, so that you can build a plan and have some accountability around it.

What's the difference between Life Coaching & Leadership Coaching

Life Coaching is whole of life coaching. Leadership Coaching is coaching Leaders in their personal and professional leadership.
